LDG recently partnered with local officials and business leaders like Strategic Solutions LLC in Greensburg, PA to propose a master site plan for a vibrant, thriving downtown neighborhood - an effort that has now received funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development! We are proud to be a part of this project and to continue our long tradition of improving the communities in which we live, work, and play.
We're celebrating with our friends at Greensburg Community Development Corporation (GCDC) after GCDC was notified it will receive funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development to complete a master site planning effort for 225 South Main Street in #DowntownGreensburg! Our team assisted GCDC in completing an application to the Municipal Assistance Program through our ongoing planning efforts for the 225 South Main Street site. This site planning effort is the final phase of a project that includes public outreach, a market analysis with Valbridge Property Advisors | Baltimore Washington Metro, and an implementation plan. Special thank you to DCED and Governor Shapiro for supporting transformative efforts like this one. Sending a huge high-five to Alec Italiano and the entire GCDC Board of Directors for their ongoing vision and efforts for Downtown Greensburg. We can't wait to work with Larson Design Group to complete this final phase and to help GCDC's vision become a reality.
